Egg and Vinegar Experiment-Day 1

One raw egg, 80-140 ml of vinegar, and one plastic cup.

A hypothesis is similar to an educated guess. It is a preliminary answer to the question you have asked that you will test to see if it is seems to be true. All you need to do to form your hypothesis is to take your original question, and turn it into an answer. For example, you might hypothesize that: rainbows appear as a result of water in the earth's atmosphere "bending" the light from the sun.
Keep in mind that it doesn't matter whether your hypothesis is "right" or "wrong". What you are trying to do here is form a hypothesis that you can test through an experiment. The results from your experiment will tell you whether the hypothesis was correct or not. So don't fuss too much over the wording. The most important thing is to just make sure that it is testable.

Please use the sentence frame to help you write your hypothesis. Post below.

Open House

It was great to visit with so many families at Open House on Tuesday evening. We were very pleased with the amount of enthusiasm your children had when giving you the grand tour of the classroom. Again, thank you for your collaboration in helping your children have a successful school year. We are very thankful for your support in helping your child with their math and reading homework. Our goal is to reach the needs of every child in a way that helps them achieve not only academic success, but the skills they each need to be successful in the every day world. We just spent the month of September focusing on the social skill of being responsible not only at school, but at home as well. Again, that your for your dedication and support!
