Because the Mountain Spirit was angry, the village didn't give him anything until the hummingbird told Jade to go to the Mountain Spirit and give him a gift.
Jades village was going through a drout because they were not thanking the Mountian Spirit,so Jade made a boul of beans and headed toward the mountian,he gave Jade corn and rain,now,there is tortillas!
Because Jade thanked the Moutain Spirit, the villigers got rain.
